Sales Executive (B2B Reseller)

As Sales Executive your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and expand the reseller's market presence. You will be responsible for identify potential reseller customer, engage & develop relationship with potential reseller customer, and acquire the customer. Your goal is to drive revenue, increase market share, and ensure long-term business sustainability


  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Prospect and approach potential clients to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure every customer's order can be fulfilled as expected
  • Collaborate with other team to ensure timely product availability, competitive pricing, and favorable terms for the reseller.
  • Manage communication and resolving any issues
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to align strategies and ensure smooth business operations.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and product launches.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to the product team to drive product development and improvement.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
