Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, brand management, and creative, to develop brand activation strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives. Identify target markets, consumer insights, and brand positioning to guide the activation approach.
  • Experiential Marketing: Design and execute experiential marketing campaigns and events that bring the brand's essence and key messages to life. Develop immersive and engaging experiences through live events, pop-up activations, product launches, sampling campaigns, influencer partnerships, and other relevant initiatives.
  • Consumer Engagement: Create strategies to actively engage consumers and encourage their participation and interaction with the brand. Utilize various channels such as social media, digital platforms, contests, games, and brand ambassador programs to foster two-way communication and build brand advocacy.
  • Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and negotiate partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, celebrities, or community groups to amplify brand activation efforts. Coordinate joint campaigns, co-branded events, or sponsorships to reach a wider audience and enhance brand credibility.
  • Creative Development: Work closely with creative teams or agencies to develop engaging and impactful content, visuals, messaging, and storytelling elements for brand activation campaigns. Ensure consistency with the brand's visual identity and tone of voice.
  • Project Management: Plan and execute brand activation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and event organizers to deliver successful activations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of brand activation initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results to management and stakeholders.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand activation activities align with the overall brand strategy, guidelines, and values. Maintain consistency in messaging, visuals, and brand experience across different activation touchpoints.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging technologies relevant to brand activation. Continuously explore innovative and creative ideas to keep the brand activation approach fresh and captivating.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, vendors, and event organizers. Collaborate effectively to maximize brand activation opportunities and ensure smooth execution.

Qualification:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in any relevant major
  • Poses 2 years of work experience in brand activation role or similar
  • Have a good project management and communication skills
  • Able to think strategically and good in executing projects
  • Willing to travel occasionally if required.
